Mikä on henkilötietojesi käsittelyn tarkoitus?

Henkilötietojasi kerätään ja käsitellään, jotta voimme arvioida sopivuuttasi hakemaasi työtehtävään.

Suostumus henkilötietojen käsittelyyn

Keräämme ja käsittelemme ainoastaan niitä henkilötietoja, jotka olet itse luovuttanut täyttäessäsi työhakemuksen Coorille rekrytointijärjestelmässämme, antanut mahdollisessa haastattelussa tai muulla tavalla. Kerättäviä tietoja ovat (tapauskohtaisesti):

Perustiedot: Nimi, osoite, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, syntymäaika, henkilötunnus, sukupuoli, tilinumero ja valokuva.

Koulutus- ja kokemustiedot: Koulutus, kielitaito, kurssit, pätevyydet, ammatti, harjoittelutiedot, työkokemus, erityisosaaminen, nykyinen ja aiemmat työsuhteet sekä niiden kesto ja työtehtävien kuvaus, suosittelijat ja ajokorttitiedot.

Toiveet ja muu sisältö: Palkkatoive, toive mahdollisesta sijoittumispaikasta ja työntekopaikasta, työtehtävästä, toivottu työn aloittamis- ja päättymisajankohta, työnhakijan jättämä hakemuskirje tai avoin hakemus sekä mahdolliset muut liitteet.

Mikä on henkilötietojesi käsittelyn oikeusperuste?

Henkilötietojesi käsittely perustuu antamaasi suostumukseen. Voit milloin tahansa perua suostumuksen lähettämällä meille sähköpostia osoitteeseen hr_fi@coor.com. Huomaathan kuitenkin, että suostumuksen peruminen voi johtaa rekrytointiprosessin peruuntumiseen.

Tietoa henkilötietojesi käsittelystä

Olemme toteuttaneet asianmukaiset tekniset ja organisatoriset toimet suojataksemme henkilötietosi esimerkiksi häviämiseltä ja luvattomalta pääsyltä. Henkilötietoihisi pääsevien henkilöiden määrää on lisäksi rajoitettu. Pääsy on vain henkilöillä, jotka tarvitsevat henkilötietojasi edellä mainittuihin tarkoituksiin (esim. rekrytoiva esihenkilö ja henkilöstöhallinnon edustajat). Voimme jakaa hakemuksesi rekrytointiprosessissa avustavien kolmansien osapuolten kanssa, mukaan lukien rekrytointiyritykset, persoonallisuustestien tarjoajat jne.

Omat oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus tietää, mitä henkilötietojasi Coor käsittelee, ja pyytää niistä kopio. Sinulla on oikeus vaatia virheellisten henkilötietojesi oikaisua, ja voit tietyissä tapauksissa pyytää henkilötietojesi poistamista (jos esimerkiksi peruutat suostumuksesi). Sinulla on myös oikeus vastustaa tiettyä henkilötietojesi käsittelyä ja pyytää henkilötietojesi käsittelyn rajoittamista. Huomaa, että rajoittaminen tai poistaminen saattaa estää meitä täyttämästä sitoumuksiamme. Sinulla on myös oikeus saada henkilötietosi koneellisesti luettavassa muodossa ja lähettää tiedot toiselle rekisterinpitäjälle.

Jos olet tyytymätön henkilötietojesi käsittelyyn Coorissa, voit ilmaista tyytymättömyytesi Suomen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle, joka on Coor Service Management Oy:n henkilötietojen käsittelyn valvontaviranomainen.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is collected and processed so that we can assess your suitability for the job you are applying for.

CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We only collect and process personal information that you have personally provided when completing a job application to Coor in our recruitment system or provided in a possible interview or in another way. The data to be collected are (on a case-by-case basis):

• Basic information: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, personal identity number, gender, bank account number and photograph.
• Education and experience information: Education, language skills, courses, qualifications, occupation, training knowledge, work experience, special skills, current and previous employment relationships and their duration and job description, referrers and driving license information.
• Wishes and other content: Salary wish, wish for possible location and place of work, job position, desired start and end date of the job, application letter or open application submitted by the job applicant and any other attachments.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The processing of your personal data is based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by emailing us at hr_fi@coor.com. Please note, however, that withdrawal of consent may result in cancellation of the recruitment process.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from, for example, loss and unauthorized access. In addition, the number of people who can access your personal information is limited. Access is only available to individuals who need your personal information for the above purposes (e.g., hiring manager and HR representatives). We may share your application with third parties who assist us in the recruitment process, including recruitment companies, providers of personality tests, etc.

We will keep your information for 2 years.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to know what personal information Coor processes and to request a copy of it. You have the right to request the correction of your incorrect personal data, and in certain cases you may request the deletion of your personal data (for example, if you withdraw your consent). You also have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data and to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Please note that the restriction or removal may prevent us from fulfilling our obligations. You also have the right to receive your personal information in a machine-readable form and send the information to another controller. If you are dissatisfied with the processing of your personal data in Coor, you can express your dissatisfaction to the Finnish Data Protection Supervisor's office, that is personal data processing supervisory authority of Coor Service Management Oy.
