Privacy Notice – Zenvo Automotive Recruitment Portal (GDPR)
Purpose of Data Collection
Your personal data is collected for the purpose of managing the recruitment process, assessing your qualifications, and communicating with you throughout the process. It may also be used for consideration in future recruitment opportunities within Zenvo Automotive, if relevant and legally justified.
Only data necessary for these purposes will be processed. This includes contact details, CV, cover letter, educational background, professional experience, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Data Controller and Processor Roles
Zenvo Automotive is the data controller, responsible for the processing of your personal information.
We use trusted third-party services (such as Jobylon) as data processors to support and operate our recruitment platform. These processors act solely on our instructions and under strict confidentiality agreements.
Zenvo Automotive will never disclose your personal information to unauthorized third parties. Where necessary, we may share it with selected service providers to facilitate recruitment-related services, always in compliance with GDPR.
Data Sources
Most personal data is collected directly from you. In some cases, additional information may be gathered from publicly available sources (e.g. LinkedIn) to supplement your application.
Use of Data for Other Positions
Your data may be considered for other positions within Zenvo Automotive if we find that your profile fits other ongoing or upcoming recruitments. If you prefer not to be considered for other roles, you may inform us by contacting our HR team at [email protected].
Data Processing and Retention
Your data is processed in a secure and structured recruitment workflow: collection, storage, evaluation, communication, and eventual deletion.
Unless you have consented to a longer retention period, we will store your data for up to 2 years after the recruitment process concludes, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including documentation of a fair and non-discriminatory selection process.
Voluntarily submitted data (e.g., demographic information for statistical purposes) will not influence any hiring decisions and will only be used in aggregated, anonymized form. By submitting such data, you consent to its use for that specified purpose.
