Business Controller – Oriola Plc

Your Role

As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support Oriola’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting & forecasting: Monthly management reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Performance analysis & improvement: Develop KPIs, reporting tools, and participate in business optimization projects.
• Business case calculations & follow-up: Drive financial efficiency across the organization.
• Collaboration & stakeholder engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to enhance financial processes and decision-making.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, data/technical fields.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a Business Controller or Analyst role, with a track record in financial reporting and development.
• Tech-savviness: Experience with BI tools, financial systems, and SAP is a plus.
• Industry background: Experience in logistics, warehousing, or production business is an advantage.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Finnish; Swedish is an asset.
• Personal traits: Proactive, analytical, and hands-on attitude with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
