We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Packaging Engineer Intern within our Product Development capability.

1) Ensuring quality and mitigating risk.

2) Verifying, validating, and publishing clear work instructions.

3) Process improvement to streamline and enhance production processes, reducing rework and inconsistencies.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

  • Documentation of WIP and FGI Components – Identify and document all existing WIP and FGI components that currently lack specifications.
  • Specification Verification and Validation – Conduct rigorous verification and validation of specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaboration – Partner closely with the Manufacturing Engineering and Operations team to ensure accurate information and seamless integration of processes.
  • Instruction Development - Develop and publish clear and detailed work instructions for production based on the verified and validated specifications.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to the internship role (e.g., Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering)

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in tools or software relevant to the role (e.g., Microsoft Office).
